The Scala will feature 15 new bands per night with the overall winners being announced on the final night. Countries represented in the World Finals include: Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, England, Faroes, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, Spain, Ukraine, USA, Wales.
GBOB Challenge is the world's biggest live music competition and promotes real music played by real bands rather than manufactured acts and TV reality show disposables.

Dr Dubravka Stojanović is associate professor of history at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Belgrade. She has recently published the book ‘Kaldrma i asfalt: Urbanizacija I evropeizacija Beograda, 1890-1914’. The lecture will present some themes and findings from the book.

Workshops on Byzantine style of iconography delivered by four of the exhibitors who will show their own icon painting techniques: Romanian artists Dana Codorean Berciu and Teodora Chinschi on glass icon painting and Serbian artist Vladimir Ćetković and Boban Veljković on wood icon painting. Attendees will also enjoy a private viewing of the exhibition and will have the opportunity to create their own icons.

An exciting day of activities at Coventry Transport Museum packed with multicultural performances. Meet the organisers of the 'Joy of Europe Festival' in the morning, an international children’s festival that has been held in Belgrade since 1969, and get the feel of how Coventry children have represented the UK for the last three years, through viewing photographs and a DVD. In the afternoon absorb sounds and visual arts from all over the globe when the Children’s Cultural Centre from Belgrade and children from Coventry celebrate the Jubilee year of their town’s twinning and create a concert for peace. This is a free event.

Acclaimed Serbian feature focusing on the drastic lengths a man will go to attain legal status in the EU.
Kenedi is in huge debt to some scary gangsters after building a house for his family. He finds himself searching for any kind of work to support himself, for as little as Ï10 per day, a scarce amount to help him relieve his debt. Ultimately, Kenedi decides to look for money in the sex business, offering sex both to women and men. When he finds out about new liberal European laws on gay marriage, Kenedi sees prospects in looking for “marriage material” to renew his search for legal status in the EU.
While this is a fictional feature, Kenedi is Getting Married sequels two documentaries with the same subject matter.

Based on their written correspondence, it appears that Tesla and Katherine shared a deep affection for each other.
